My alma mater can cause heart attacks
For me, that is.
Here’s why.
For me, that is.
Here’s why.
Something I read a few minutes ago…
You’d probably guess that Matthew McConaughey is afraid of shirts, since he seems to wear them so infrequently. But Matthew actually has two irrational fears: tunnels and revolving doors. He says he doesn’t fear the whole tunnel experience, just the moment of entry when it’s difficult to see beyond the first ten feet. As for revolving doors, McConaughey says he feels anxious just getting near them. Maybe that’s why he spends so much time outdoors.

…because I just might see this pretty creature underwater.
Zac Efron taking scuba lessons in Canada.

From the Riverdale Gang…
If this is for real, it only goes to show that:
1. Love can either be blind or practical.
2. Good girls don’t end up with the dream boat..
3. You may be the title character in your own world, but it doesn’t you’re an intelligent person.
4. “One of the guys” is just that – one of the guys.
I bought a Nintendo DS Lite to keep me occupied while I await for my first day at my new job… and I’m hooked!
My favorite games:
1) Cooking Mama 1 and 2: I’ve already on my 4th completion of both, and I don’t have any intention of replacing them with new games.
2) Pokemon Platinum: Started with this 2 weeks ago and while I’m getting sick of the “Start Battle” sound, I still go and try to finish one city once in a while.
3) Gardening Mama: Now this is one of my newer games, the goals are easy, but the game seems unending as there are various plants, fruits, vegetables and flowers that need to be tended (or else they’d wilt).
4) Gourmet Chef: I’m done with this, twice, but I’ll start with it again because, unlike Cooking Mama, the recipes are more sophisticated and there’s a storyline to follow.
5) Jojo’s Fashion Show: Again, one with a storyline and pretty easy to do. While I’ve finished it already, I have yet to perfect all shows.
6) CSI: Dark Motives: Whether it’s PC, Mac, Wii or NDS, any CSI game is a must. Unfortunately , this is the only one for the Nintendo, so even if I’ve already solved the entire thing, I am not going to erase it until a new one is released.
7) And all the hidden objects game that I could find. I’m addicted to this that I’m beginning to look for stuff inside my room. Haha. I’m done with the Nancy Drew case, but I’m planning to play it again.

that are going to be hard to eat.
(I’ve been nursing this bad hangover since yesterday so I have yet to check out my playlist for today. Due to procrastination, I stumbled upon the awesome “Ace of Cakes” creations.)

I wonder if the popcorns are individual cakes…
Can I eat this using my bare hands?
I’d be scared to eat the people.
Now where’s the guitar?
They have a strat.
I’m sure they’ve done an entire stage of instrument-shaped cakes.
And it specifically has to be Wrigley Stadium.
Individually rolled cakes?
I’m a girl, so I appreciate this.
Just like the set. Love it.
This reminded me of all the alcohol I consumed Friday night. Ugh. I’d better go back to bed.

Ok, it’s a delayed thing, but now I know why it’s called “Meme”.

A few days ago, Ashton Kutcher (@aplusk) challenged CNN (@cnnbrk)to a race to garner 1M followers at Twitter. Why? Well, it started as a test on the powers of the media network as the most influential company online (If he wins, Kutcher says he will "ding-dong ditch" CNN founder Ted Turner’s house.) But as days passed, it has become much more than just a challenge of egos.
It became a huge phenomenon that companies such as EA Games pledged 10 games to lucky @aplusk followers and a special character on SIMS 3 for the 1,000,000th follower.
Kutcher, on his part, pledged 10K moquito nets to the “Malaria No More” group.
It was quite entertaining to see these tweets:
So who won? Kutcher, because he is, after all, the king of Twitter.

CNN has conceded (it reached it’s millionth mark an hour after Kutcher):
Congratulations to @aplusk and to Malaria No More.

Dear John Mayer,
It’s me again.
This is actually an apology letter.
I’m sorry for pressuring you to forget about being a celebrity and just focus on making music, for not appreciating your red carpet look, for wincing when I see you being all “Hollywood” during public outings and for rolling my eyes when you try to strike a pose.
I’ve learned my lesson, and it hit me with a loud “THUD!”
Oh yes, I’ve finally seen the light… right after seeing this:
While I’m in love with the music, there’s a naughty side of me which will always have the hots for those kinds of images.
Sincerely,
SORD
PS: Here’s the video of his performance with Chris Botti at the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” a couple of days back.
