if there’s one thing i hate about insomnia is that it just hits you instantly.
after about a month of having ample sleep, i am back to this grueling experience of lack of Zs, disappearing energy and testy mood.
to top it all off, my insomnia is bad because it comes in 2 forms; each deciding to pay a visit whenever day they want:
1. i only get to sleep at 5am.
2. when i sleep earlier than that, let’s say around 2am, i wake up at 4am! (thus this post)
