if there’s one thing i am quite irked about is this: people taking advantage of me and my goodness.
no, no one took advantage of me… this is about seeing and experiencing people take advantage of others, situations and circumstances around us, and at the end of the day, biting more than what they can chew.
and tonight, as i write this post, i am vowing to myself that i will never be like any of them, the people who had the greatest upbringing and excellent education only a few can receive, but would turn 180-degrees and become animals who prey at those whom we know won’t do any harm. ironically, though, every time they’d feel that they didn’t get their money’s worth on something they rented or hired, they screamed at the top of their lungs that they’ve been duped and refused to pay the amount due.
honestly, i felt that a part of my soul was taken out when i saw this with my very own eyes.
